Our Core training classes focus on exercises that activate and strengthen the ‘core’ muscles to stabilise and protect your spine. Your core includes the diaphragm, abdominal, back, pelvic and glute muscles. Having a strong core is esssential for greater ease and efficiency of movement, improved body control and balance, increased power output from limbs, as well as reduced risk of injury and back problems.
